We accept all major debit and credit cards. We can also collect using a U.S. Bank accounts but, these take 1-2 days to connect, if connecting manually.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

On the Opt platform you will visit your home page. Click on the meeting you need to adjust and click “Manage.” This will allow you to cancel or reschedule the meeting.

What is a meeting type?

What is a meeting type?

A meeting type is a common meeting you frequently hold. You set up a price, duration and location. This creates a link you can share individually or put in a public place (email signature, social media bio, website). This link doesn’t expire and can be used as many times as you would like.

How many meeting types can I set up?

There is no limit to the amount of meeting types you can create.  However, we would recommend not setting up a meeting type for every individual meeting you have.

How does Opt keep me safe?

How Opt protects your payments

Your payment is secured by Opt until the meeting has taken place and been confirmed.  The host of the meeting does not get access to their funds until this step has been taken.

When is my card charged?

Payment information is necessary to book a meeting. Your card will be charged at that point, not at the meeting time. The funds will be held in an Opt account and will not be transferred to the host until the meeting is held and confirmed.
